Science News Bonus
Task: Choose a current event news article (such as a new discovery) related to the unit we are discussing in class. Current event articles can be found on the COOL LINKS page of the class website or from any news source of your choice. Complete the Science Current Events Bonus form below based on your current event article of choice. Each completed Science Current Events Bonus form will be worth up to a possible 10 points. All bonus assignments MUST BE HANDWRITTEN. Students may turn in no more than two bonus assignments per nine week period. However, bonus assignments will not be graded if the student has not turned in all late work. Therefore, these bonus assignment will be graded on the dates given below.
THE ARTICLE MUST BE ATTACHED TO RECEIVE CREDIT. Please click the buttons towards the bottom of the page for acceptable and unacceptable examples of a current events article.
Due Dates: Assignments are due by the dates below.
1st nine weeks – October 12, 2022
2nd nine weeks – December 12, 2022
3rd nine weeks – March 8, 2023
4th nine weeks – May 16, 2023
